Waited for my order to be shipped for nearly 4 weeks instead of 6 days. Nothing was communicated by the shop. After contacting the customer service myself, I received a rather harsh answer: your order will be shipped when we have the items. No excuses, no offering of alternative products or refund. I totally understand that the supply chain is under pressure, but why to neglect the basic principles of decent treatment of your customer? Why sell something that you actually don't have in stock in the first place? And why to not simply notify the customer if you ran out of stock and cancel the order and return the money?

Advertises with shipping within 6 days, notified me that the order is delayed by a week. After 4 weeks, still not shipped. Customer service tells me I probably have to wait _another_ 2 weeks. The website still claims they ship within 6 days.. Canceled my order I respect the fact that you have problems with suppliers, but please dont falsely advertise with unrealistic shipping dates.
Good service, and high quality materials. The delivery was very fast and the products packed very well. One color was different from what I ordered, but overall very satisfied and I will continue buying here.
