Very happy to have purchased our bathroom at SaniDump in Amsterdam. We initially went in and ordered a bathroom in 2018 but due to a number of delays in getting the build started, we could not complete the order. We had paid a deposit and SaniDump never pressured us on this. When we were finally able to start the renovation ou plans had changed and we needed to adjust our initial order (almost 2 years alter). This was no problem, even though we were now spending a but less and they still honoured our deposit. (Big)Jeroen was extremely knowledgable and super friendly and helped us save quite some costs by recommending really high quality, lower priced show models. When we had some issue in installation, they were only too happy to provide us with the needed hooks for free. I would certainly recommend them and

Such rude staff, it's inexplicable. I knew exactly what I wanted - took an appointment and came with the intention buying it there and then. But I still left with no purchase because the sales person was nothing short of hostile! And for no apparent reason, mind you. I was polite and friendly all through. My only guess is he just did not want to sell to me because I spoke to him in English. Too bad for you, you lost what was an already converted sale of over 2000. BTW have you noticed that all the poor reviews are from English speakers. Coincidence?

Terrible experience, I purchased a sink cabinet which was due in time for the renovation of my bathroom, but the delivery got delayed of initially 4 weeks and after I asked for a justification it got delayed of 3 more weeks. I could only cancel the order or wait, they didn't even offer a little compensation.

Embarrassing service, low quality products and after delivering a broken item, they don't even try to apologize and give a new one but I have to pay a new one myself.

Groot assortiment, mooi en kwalitatief sanitair. Klantvriendelijk. Prijzen zijn echter misleidend. Een inbouw-reservoir kost bijvoorbeeld alleen 100 Euro bij aankoop van een toilet. Dergelijke info wordt niet tijdig gedeeld. Jammer...
