Have no understanding of what disability means, didn't allow my sister who needs disabled access to use the toilet. Absolutely unacceptable and uneducated staff.
This extremely expensive toilet in Amsterdam Central station had two toilets with broken locks. One did not close; the other did not open. When I finally managed to get out, the cleaner said she knew and they had reported this, but nobody came to repair it yet. Her boss was not there.
I find it odd that a facility that you pay to use the toilets would have at least some type of standard of cleanliness.
Should be no stars but at least there was a toilet! Staff was extremely rude and not friendly at all; especially with a child. Amazing how you have to pay but its so dirty.
