Excellent service from start to end. I imported my car from US to Europe and it was a breeze. They thoroughly explained the process and worked with me to find the most convenient option. The car was picked up from the house, delivered to the harbor, inspected, cleaned, placed in a container, shipped to the Netherlands, unloaded, inspected for EU regulations, modified to meet local regulations, approved by the Netherlands road authorities, provided with local plates, cleaned and got ready for pickup. All this with no hassle on my side. Throughout the entire process i was informed in a timely matter receiving an excellent customer support.

So far they have had my Truck for 3 months waiting for it to ship back to the US. They seem to act like this is the very first car they have ever shipped. Months after picking up my vehicle they are asking for paperwork that would have been easier to coordinate while I was still in Europe. Unfortunately I am on the opposite side of the world and I'm in the Military so I'm very often busy now. They are very slow to return emails and keep you updated as well. Hopefully my rating will change once I know my vehicle is shipped.
