The best ramen in Rotterdam area, a friendly chef that serves genuine home made ramen. Great food, great price, great people. If only it was closer to Rotterdam, but it is definitely worth the trip.

Amazing food! The tan tan ramen was superb. Great taste, freshly made and you can tell. Perfect balance of spicy and spices. Be warned: once you have tasted this, nothing else will ever suffice!
Really friendly people. I told them that I could not boil my noodles myself because I was moving and didn't have the stuff in the kitchen to do so. The waitress remembered that when I arrived for my order and she wished me good luck. I have eaten there a several times and they are always so nice and well mannered. Best service ever!
Totally recommended! If you want delicious quality ramen, this is the place to go. The staff consists of amazing and friendly people. The restaurant is really cozy!
The best in the Netherlands!! Elsewhere I usually don't finish my ramen due to different reasons, but the ramen at Saito is just perfect. The flavour, intensity, quantity, oil, toppings etc are just amazingly well -balanced. For once I actually finished the whole bowl without feeling I've eaten too much. I'll be revisiting very soon!!
Hard working staff and tasty food
Real, no-nonsense Japanese ramen. It tasted very good, authentic, fresh and hearty. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, with free Japanese cold tea on tap. A must visit for (Dutch) ramen lovers. Highly recommended. Great work Saito-san.
