Terrible airline, really bad claims procedures. Unlawfull practice

The most rude customer service I ever dealt ed with in my life. I booked 2 tickets, did not get any booking number, no confirmation email. Am trying to reach them for 48 hours now. They say something went wrong with the transaction, although my money were gone from my bank account. The girl in a customer service was talking very impatient and very rude to me. Now I found so many bad reviews about Alitalia, too bad I did not check them before my purchase.
Alitalia has cancelled my first leg of my return flight but not the return part.!! I cannot reach them via email or phone to find out what's going on... the return flights cost me 650.00 euro's so money wasted!! REALLY APPALLING SERVICE...
It is days I wait to talk with someone from their call center / email / twitter account. I am so tired and frustrated. Shame on this company on on Italy that keeps on funding it with our money.
I would not fly with AliTalia anymore, even if it was for free. Lost my lugage with the airport and never got it back. No compensation or anything.
