WBS's service has deteriorated significantly. In the past, it was as simple as 1-2-3: 1) Filling out an online request form. 2) Having the parcels picked up at my inlaw's doorstep on the requested date and paying the bill, and 3) Eagerly awaiting the goodies to arrive in my home overseas, and unpacking the parcel like it's Boxing Day. My most recent experience was: 1) Filling out an online request form. 2) Not getting the parcels picked up on the requested date, 3) Calling their customer service center to find out one of their staff had forgotten to arrange the pick-up 4) Agreeing on an alternative pick-up date, but then not getting a phone call ahead of the collection by the driver, so nobody was at home 5) Calling customer service to arrange an alternative date, and being answered rudely by a not-so-helpful customer rep 6) Getting the goods finally collected, and not receiving the bill for 8 days (without advanced payment, the goods will not be shipped) 7) Calling customer service again to chase things up, and not receiving even the slightest apology 3 weeks down the line, and the goods still haven't even been shipped. Guess we'll have to wait for Father Christmas to deliver this year. Poor show, WBS!

BIG WARNING TO INDIVIDUAL SHIPPER - DO NOT USE THEM. Hidden in everything is that they don't complete the process so you will have to find your own agent to clear the good. So they forward freight but they are not a freight forwarder.
