they lost our shipment to canada in Schipol 2, 5 ton 4 pieces ( not 10 kilos ) very poor and unreliable service for an air carrier such as KLM. Christam time and Congestion are not excluses...dear KLM do not accept bookings if you are not able to manage congestions.

Well....to be completely honest it's a company when time has a different meaning... I do understand that they putting priority about security...but comone guys...goes some work done....to get paperwork done can take up to 3h....and the best is more drivers arrive to unload then office people work a lot slower then they should....when it get to unloading some staff its super fast and some its layzy and they shouldn't work in there...so klm please get your act together....
