Delivered finally with with a smile. The person on the phone was also sweet and trying to come forwards to get my package delivered. This would be perfect. However. I find the communication system fairly unlucky. Fedex let me waiting 9-18 home for package and did not show up. If I knew about their trouble I would uber those 25 km to pick it up so that my boyfriend got his birthday gift before his trip to japan. Whatsmore, I wouldnt sit home on such a sunny day off the work. And I believe this could be cleared by such a simple thing as a text ot coming\ or \coming in about an hour\. Really really really shameful logistic scheme in 21st century, and so little needed to fix it!
