My first suitsupply experience and it was worth it. Firstly, let's talk about the ambience. It's a unique feeling. Everything is super thought out. The lighting, the colour stacking of clothes, and the tie shelf; all beautiful. Next, you know, they have an in-house tailor who can bodyfit any purchase to your exact dimensions. Top-class. And then there's Terry Tao (in-house staff). He's young but so knowledgeable about suiting and fashion. He gave me the entire walkthrough and answered every question, plus he speaks such good English. Thanks Terry! Inspiring.

Top-notch service. First class all the way... Shady helped me out and I actually had quite a good time shopping. He also was very forth coming to what I should wear which I appreciate because most sellers would tell you to buy whatever you are trying at the moment and it just gets old.

I stopped in to browse and to learn about their sizing, as there is no Suit Supply where I live. That would give me more confidence to order from their online store. I was lucky enough to meet Terry who was working there that day. He took his time with me and helped me get to know the brand and how their cuts correlate to my frame. He struck the right balance between friendly attentiveness, and giving me some space to just browse. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to show me a few ideas for outfits, shirt and tie combinations, and such. I hope you will be so lucky to meet Terry if you shop there. Thanks!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Terry went the extra mile to collect a tuxedo jacket from the Amsterdam city centre store and ended up deciding for that one, much appreciated. Was helped by Thomas who has great eye for detail and good knowledge about the products. Tailor on site quickly makes the adjustments.
