Very bad customer service from a stewardess on the flight LX177 from Singapore to Zurich on 2-Oct-2019, rude and disrespect customers, I don't think she has the word \Sorry\ in her dictionary. Male flight attendants were really polite though... Anyway, I wouldn't let the bad experience spoil the rest of my journey...

Mijn vrouw en ik zouden op 18 maart naar huis vliegen met Swiss air. We kregen vier dagen voor vertrek een SMS bericht dat onze vlucht was gecanceld en dat we spoedig een bericht zouden kregen hoe het verder zou gaan. Daarna NIETS MEER GEHOORD! Hoe we thuis zijn gekomen? In alle haast twee tickets gekocht bij Aeroflot. Zij vlogen wél. Cancellen is misschien te begrijpen. Niets meer van je laten horen is onacceptabel. Ik zal nooit meer Swiss Air vliegen.
