Coffee
Keep your expectations low if you like espresso, that reduces the disappointment. By the time I got the coffee it was not warm enough. It wouldn't have been a lot better hot though.

Had a very nice espresso coffee. Was just one waitress running the shop. So I guess from the other reviews it’s sometimes too busy for one barista, even in this corner below the Departures 2 carry-on entry-point (“kiss & fly”). Definitely worth the short wait. KLM stewardesses get their coffee here as well.
Had to wait for my Flight Sunday 30. September 2015 Was hungry and needed a coffee, went to this place - Server in an EXTREMELY bad mood (you could see how he hates his job / life) - Didnt communicate at all with me (no "Hello" nothing) - Ate a Cheese Croissant which turned out to be rotten (i guess at least 3 days old) - had severe food poisoning the following week WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE, THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS AS THEY ARE RISKING THE LIVES OF THEIR CUSTOMERS
Good for airport food
Extremely rude personnel. No customer service whatsoever. Opens and closes whenever the lady feels like it. DONT GO HERE!
Ontzettend onaangename service, dame achter de balie is totaal niet gastvrij of enigszins gemotiveerd.
Prima kwaliteit, wat beperkte capaciteit als het vol zit (duurt dan wat lang)
