Had some \wonderfull\ reel \service\ by Shimano at Netherlands, I was extrimly surprised after \service\ by replacing reel handle from left to right - color of oil was black . At the shop they told me - great service for Shimano costomers is for FREE!!!! Just take a look at reel inside, color of the grease (black) after I have opened my reel at home. It's real shame for European Service!!! Just think about, if you plane sent to there for \service\!!!

Bij serviceafdeling ben ik in de afgelopen maanden twee keer heel goed geholpen. In eerste plaats had ik advies gevraagd over het vervangen van een Nexus 7 naaf. Ik heb dat advies opgevolgd en de naaf werkt uitstekend! Daarnaast heb ik advies gevraagd over het vervangen van een SRAM 9v shifter. Deze werkte met een Deore derailleur en 9v cassette. Helaas had de vorige eigenaar van de fiets het handvat van de shifter dermate onherstelbaar beschadigd, dat ik de hele shifter moest vervangen. Na behoorlijk wat zoekwerk had ik een SRAM 9v shifter gevonden, maar ... die werkte niet! Toen heb ik Shimano gebeld, want een 9v shifter voor Deore (uit 2003) werd niet meer geleverd. De shifter die mij na een prettig gesprek werd voorgesteld kon ik gelukkig nog wel vinden en die werkt prima. Bedankt!
