It was a very bad experience my family had to be separated by 2 i mean that was okay i got it but we were waiting in line for a long time and the person behind us could come in because we were in a group of 4 and it was too much so that means that the person behind us can go? i don’t understand that and then my sister wanted a pair of vans shoes for 20 and they didn’t have change for a bill of 50 nonsense and next to all of that the workers here were so mean about everything would not recommend this store JD is much better!

No money return policy. You’d think: who can possibly practice that in 2018? That’s impossible. Customer rights are protected. Well if you just thought that.. you’re wrong. The answer is - Sidestep. Buy something here and you will never see your money back. In a form of gif card - maybe. If you convince the staff to take them back. Because they don’t want anything back. I’m extremely disappointed, because they only order the worst /male/ sneakers, honestly. Like you’d see the worst designs there. This place just doesn’t make sense. There are better places to ship for sneakers in Amsterdam.
