Bought a shoe with them 15 of July. Two weeks later tracking code still doesn't work (from Germany to the Netherlands usually takes a few days). Sent them an email asking for info but never got an answer. Now it's 7th of August and still nothing... Update: turns out the whole time my shoes were with a neighbour, but I never got notified about it. Luckily he was kind enough to leave me a not himself and now i have the shoes.
