The man was incredibly rude when I double checked if I could send registered mail. Too busy mocking me to another customer, he made in error entering my address details. As a result, my priceless registered mail went missing on the very same day it was sent!! It was never recovered. Unbelievably poor service which will be remembered every time I pass the store. If only Google allowed for 0 stars.

Rude, not helpful and no quality cigars.
Absolutely horrrible guy at the counter. Unhelpful and started talking to me about respect when asked to take their shop off Dad website if then no longer accepted packages. Very rude and sexist. Disgusting
At it's core this shop is a souvenir shop, but is also sells a couple of tabacco related items like cigarettes and cigars.

A diferencia de otros, trato adecuado, variedad de productos y admiten pago con tarjeta de crédito. Aquí he podido comprar puritos pequeños sin boquilla. En otras tiendas de tabaco solo me ofrecieron cajas de cigarrillos y tabaco para liar.
