I used this company to print 5 of my digital art works. After my order I was contacted by the company because the medium I choose was not the best to print my design on. It would not come out as the piece of art I made. I really appreciated that they took action to get me my best result. When I received the 5 B1 prints a was very impressed by the thick paper and the great print work. But with the shipping all 5 the posters were damaged. I contacted the company and without any trouble they send me new prints with extra safe packaging. They came to me fast and good. I really recommend this company! They are very fast, great quality and great advice!

Intussen al meerdere posters besteld van digitale downloads die ik via Etsy kocht. Ik koos voor de 'gewone' (dus niet de luxe) versie en die zijn echt mooi van kwaliteit. Een soort matte finish. Ik ben er erg blij mee! Het enige waarop ik nog hoop is dat er een duurzame keuzeoptie aan het assortiment wordt toegevoegd (of heb ik daar overheen gekeken/is dat misschien al zo?).
Ik ben super geholpen! Ik kreeg binnen 10 minuten, na mijn bestelling te hebben geplaatst, dat de resolutie te laag zou zijn. Ik heb een mail terug gestuurd met een andere afbeelding, die ze gratis hebben bijgesneden! De volgende dag hebben ze het op gestuurd. Resultaat en klantvriendelijkheid is super!!
Een geweldige service, mijn poster zou onscherp zijn in de grootste maat, Maar dat was niet zeker. Na veel communicatie via de mail zijn we toch tot de conclusie gekomen om de grootste te bestellen, ik kreeg er 2 voor de prijs van 1, zonder dat ik dat wist. Beide in de grootste maat en toch scherp. Ben ik bijzonder dankbaar voor!
