I visited the place for a blond balayage and highlights, cut and styling. They bleached random parts of my hair, washed it after 5 minutes and didn't even do colour reflex. I ended up with 5 big yellow-orange highlights. After that, they cut my hair. I asked for layers and the result was awful. When they had to dry my hair, they asked me to do it by myself because they were busy with something else. Totally bad experience and poor quality. At least the staff was kind.

Very bad experience with keratine treatment. I took the treatment on Saturday it cost me 100 euro and 3 hrs for half of my shoulder length hairs. On Sunday my hairs were weavy and curly again. Complete waste of money and time. Not going again.
