I shared a 3bhk bungalow with my office peers for 3 months. All modern amenities are fitted to the house. I checked in during May end and it was summer at Europe. The house has a good temp control floor system. The owner Mark and Karen are superb couple. They attend to each of our basic needs. I needed mixi and air cooler and a bucket which was provided within few hours. Just get your cloths and stay here when you are at Netherlands. All crockery are avl in the kitchen. Each house got a barbecue garden, a green lawn where you can play football or relax and sip beer along with your fav novel. Simply loving the view and the place. Thanks for the hospitality. One of the biggest scamming place in Netherlands. 15 folks from HCL stayed there in March and he collected a refund of 250 EUR from each, which is 3750 EUR in total and an equivalent of 318750 rupees. Mark, the care taker never returned those refunds, he created a fake bill, we left at 15th March and he created a fake rent and transport expense as a late notice (PFA) so that he can skip the police complaints and he is a proper scammer. So be aware of this guy and he is a big time looter. Never get into this place.
Pros - Fast and easily get a place to stay even without ID proof :P Cons - Service won't be good enough once you paid the full amount. - Promised to give bicycle (till we stay in their place), but we didn't even get a place to park our own bicycle - Need to follow up too many times and send remainder everyday to get the deposit amount. - Too expensive for the location they give.
