The trainers are very good and friendly but the communication during the corona crisis was very poor. They have given the chance to cancel the subscription for all members but they declared it on their website instead of sending e-mails as usual. However I don't have to check their website periodically to get the updates. Just before the gym started to operate on 01-07-2020 they sent an e-mail that the gym will be open again which shows already that they communicate by e-mail. I asked for compensation of the 3 months during the corona crisis and they replied as it was not possible anymore because they have already given the chance to all members to cancel the subscription. It was total disappointment for me to get this kind of unprofessional reaction. Edit as a reply: I did not even attend this gym anymore and not planning to do. So the compensation offer as an extension of 3 months is just very late and useless. After I lost my trust nothing can be offered as compensation. It is just my decision that I don't push forward to go to authority for consumer rights. I just let the payments continue within the subscription period. Because I don't want the employees' salaries have an impact from corona.

Zeer fijne sportschool. Goede professionele begeleiding en zeer schoon sportcentrum. De Trainers zijn zeer behulpzaam. Je krijgt veel voor je geld geboden.
