Had an amazing experience buying my rings at Steinberg Rotterdam. Due to Corona our original plan did not happen (we were going to buy wedding rings abroad) and then found Steinberg. There were so many options and the fact that you can just create a ring the way you want it made that we were able to buy the kind of ring we planned on buying in Asia. The lady who helped us in the entire process (Marani) was so lovely, she took the time to look at all the options there, gave us very professional advise about what would work well or not. She really made sure to do her utmost to give us a great experience and went the extra mile. Due to the change of plans we ended up being in a bit of a rush to try to get the rings, Marani really did an amazing job and made sure they were in on time (and even earlier just in case we had to leave early (because of 2 weeks quarantine) for our destination wedding abroad. She was very proactive and professional, everything you would hope for when you buy the rings you will wear for the rest of your life!

We bought our wedding ring from here and I promise my wife to put one diamond every anniversary. In first anniversary they put the new diamond on wrong place two times! Plus we couldn't use the ring more than 2 months! After that they charged us, also they said deal with it with shameless face.! Such an amateurs!
I went to various shops before I went to Steinberg here in Rotterdam. The diamond expert named David was a very helpful and very knowlegdable diamond expert.He helped me with selecting the best diamond for my engagement ring. The prices are very resonable and the service is perfect. Thank you David
