The invoice is very badly stated and surcharges are very high! To improve the vat displaying, it should not be bellow grand total and small letters. To me, it is a matter of displaying information, which I find misleading on the page. Also good customer care is calculating the grand total with prices including vat as common/standard practice on the side of the seller.

They were flexible, communicative, helpful and my refund was processed the next day. In absence of being able to visit a store this year, I bought two boards online, both arrived in impressive time. I took a little longer deciding than I should have but Snowcountry made sure I was still sorted out and gave great advice and instructions on getting the board back to them amidst brexit and lockdown complications. Thank you!
