Ik ben ontzettend goed geholpen door Peter bij Swapfiets in Arnhem. Wanneer ik binnenkwam werd ik verwelkomd met een vriendelijke begroeting en de vraag of ik iets wilde drinken. Mijn gereserveerde fiets bleek toch niet op voorraad te zijn, maar in plaats van mij met lege handen naar huis te sturen kreeg ik een vervangende fiets mee om toch vooruit te kunnen. Een paar dagen later kon ik terecht en werd mijn fiets helemaal op maat ingesteld voor mij. Ook dit keer enorm vriendelijke service en een glaasje drinken. Fantastisch! Kortom, 10/10 voor Peter en ik ben enorm blij met de service en mijn nieuwe fiets! Groetjes, Kashin
