Very nice staff, even though it was really busy when I was there. Situated in the middle of the center, so that is a plus. The shop was quite small, but had an OK variety of carnaval costumes and props.

You can find a variety of costumes and decorations for parties.. Not very expensive...
Nice store where you can find all the party stuff you need for a great party. Gadgets, balloons, flags and masks. You can even get helium balloons. Cards, cups and much more. Located at the Grote Berg, 5 min walk from the centre of eindhoven. No good parking spots in the neighbourhood. Bus stop is very close.
