Not even worth as 1 Star. In their website, they mentioned they open the restaurant at 12:00 but actually is not truth. We placed the order around 11:00am and want them to deliver around 12:30. First they called us and said the order will be delivered at 1:30, but they called us again at 1:30 said they could only deliver at 14:30. We tried to call back, but they never pick up the call. At the end, the food came at 16:30....4 hours delayed in total and that's not lunch.

Ordered here once, never again. Ordered at 12:00 - currently it's 15:45 and the order is still not in. No Communication, can't reach the restaurant and after calling with thuisbezorgd several times, it's still unclear when i can expect my order. Insanely bad spot, can't get any worse than this. If i could rate less then 1 star, i woud do it.

Eten besteld met thuisbezorgd. Bezorging duurde lang, en het eten was koud. Niet goedkoop, 1,49 bezorgkosten betaald en 32 voor 3 koude en dus smakeloze burgers en 3 koude slappe friet. Grote teleurstelling op oudejaarsavond. Een compensatie door dit bedrijf zou op zijn plaats zijn! Heb contact gezocht met het bedrijf. Medewerker gaf aan dat ik de eigenaar moest contacten voor compensatie met 06 nummer erbij. Heb eigenaar tot 3x toe bericht gestuurd. Is gelezen maar geen reactie. Deze eigenaar vindt het verdienen van geld blijkbaar belangrijker dan het leveren van goed eten en service. Een fatsoenlijk bedrijf zou dit onmiddellijk recht zetten. Hier niet bestellen dus. Voor ons is dit eens maar nooit weer.
