Although I booked a taxi the evening for the morning through the preselected Google form and I received a WRITTEN CONFIRMATION of my booking, no taxi ever arrived at the time and place I asked!!!! Don't choose this company for any reason.
Rang the number listed and booked a taxi for 2:30pm. By 2:40pm no taxi had arrived, when I rang back the exact same number the guy told me I never called him. Missed a train and in turn missed a flight. AVOID.
A guy just hung up before I could book the taxi....
What a terrible service!!! I called at 18:00 and at 18:20 still nothing, so I called again to ask if the taxi is on it’s way, they said “a taxi will come in 15min”. Still no taxi. I call again to ask them where is my taxi. They tell me “none of us have received an order from you”, making it sound like it’s my fault. I call another taxi company and the driver arrived on time. Don’t waste your time with these drivers!
