Although very nice as a person, the owner gets his prices from a hat and wanted 50 for two bike baskets (on amazon for 9.95 each). The second time I’ve used him and swore it was the last time, was when I broke the key to my bike and needed a chain being cut. 25 for literally 30 second job, no receipt offered on any occasion. Agree with what’s being said, higher prices for non Dutch speakers.

Big place with a lot of different selections of bikes, baskets and anything else you might need. Owner is really nice, friendly and helpful and Kismo (cute little cat of the store) is an added bonus. I visited the shop countless times in the last 2 years for bike repairs mostly and I'm always 100% satisfied. Would defintely reccomend!
The owner decided to give me an Expat Price for a heavily used little girls bike since I am not a Dutch speaker, he does not post prices for used bikes. The new ones in his shop were 100 euros cheaper. Told me this brand was a well know solidly built quality Dutch brand. He told me that I didn't know better since I am not Dutch. I might not be Dutch but I know who the top players are, an easy Google search can give you that info quickly or just looking at the street. Also I asked my Dutch husband and he was clueless to this brand. Funny thing is if you Google the brand it was for being extremely cheaply made. Can't remember the brand since I did not buy into his lies. Found later at a kringloop a used bike in much better condition for 250 Euros less. Yes, he want over 350 euros for a used cheap quality bike. Unfortunately for expats this not the first time he has done this. Couple of my friends who are not Dutch also told me they had the same issues.
No prices in the shop. The end price is much higher for no obvious reason (someone mentioned that it is higher for expats - totally agree). Will never visit again.
Bought two brand new bikes there in August and the aftercare has been excellent. Our friends rented bike when they came to stay, at a cheap price, and the owner was very flexible with return times etc
Great bike rentals and very good value
Had a flat tyre. Brought my bike there. Went window shopping in Fahrenheit straat. Came bk 1 hour later and bike was ready. Friendly, no fuss and quick.
