Come on it’s Tesla. I’m just a big fan. Besides that we went here to look at the Model 3 for the Dutch introduction. The staff was really nice and helpful. One of the girls was new to Tesla so I ended up updating some of her information . The hostess from the Duiven location was awesome! She knows her stuff and made the wait in line go by really fast.

Friendly personnel, even though I indicated I only went there out of curiosity and wasn't in the market for a car, they still were helpful and showed me around the cars. The store is a bit small, only room for about 3 cars, but it's tidy and has a clean, modern look.

tragic service. very friendly before buying, they answer every contact: phone, mail. after ordering there is no contact, they do not respond to emails or telephones. Delay in the delivery of my car already 2 months and the next deadline is just passing, and I do not even have any information that it will be delayed again. of course, no reaction to the phones. I strongly advise against treating clients in this way is very unacceptable !!! I must mention the unfair sales policy adopted by the showroom, they guaranteed delivery up to 6 weeks before ordering, I have been waiting for 15 weeks and I don't get any updates regarding my car.

My november 2019 Model 3 with 10K on the odometer is a terrible car when it comes to quality. Just about anything that can break will break or fall off. Luckily they fix 99%. 5 stars because it's Tesla and 2 stars off because of the quality. Still love my car, but never drive a Tesla out of warranty. You have been warned.

We had to wait in queue to view the new Tesla model 3 even though I have a reservation for buying this car. I do not think it would have been difficult to organise a personal appointment with a sales person instead of nice looking but not very knowledgeable young women who suggest you to leave the car you are inspecting by opening the doors after 7 minutes. In addition, I think Tesla does not comply with privacy laws in the Netherlands. They checked my reservation number in a list displayed on a computer screen showing full details of reservation holders (first and last name, address etc). I seriously consider cancelling my reservation and waiting for Volkswagen to bring electric cars to the market ....
