Nice shop. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. I wanted to self publish a book and in a rush. The owner in Amsterdam helped me through all the process via phone, explaining all the changes with images and all! Once in The Hage the woman that printed was supper nice and helpful. And by the end of the day I had my thesis printed like a real book. On top of that I got a discount to being a Student. Staff wise I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately I have to say that the printer in Amsterdam is better quality (prints color and it doesn’t get dirty...). But to be a book printed in a Rush it does it’s job. Maybe done with more time it would be a 5. But it doesn’t get it cause of little dirty marks and very noticeable uncompensated bleed marks.

I like coming here for the staff recommendations, which tend to be pretty on-point for fiction novels. I don't mind paying a little more for books when I can talk to staff about writing styles, plot quality, and depth of immersion and know that the feedback I get is both experienced and unbiased.
Very nice people working here and the best selection of English books available in The Hague.
