I made an order and they said it could take ten business days to deliver. Long time, but acceptable. When the product hadn't reached me within that time, I asked when it would come. Next week, they said and suggested I would cancel the order. I did not want to cancel the order, I just wanted to know why it took so long. Then they cancelled my order anyway, without me agreeing to it.

Iets wat ik mooi vond was er nu net niet in mijn maat. Maar dat was geen probleem. Het werd voor me besteld, keurig gemeld per email toen het binnen was en in de winkel lag het voor me klaar.
