A great range of (organic / bio) products. Open every day till midnight (since 50 years !!! ). The home-made warm dishes are very delicious and a must try. Lots of nice nuts/snacks and ice creams too. The staff are always very helpful and super friendly. It's a gift for the neighbourhood.

I've been coming here since 1983, but haven't been back since '92. This place has sentimental value to me. my mom used to send me here to buy groceries when I was 8 years old. When I think of the Avondmarkt, I conjure the faint smell of Gouda cheese, and a picture in my mind of Grolsch cases, and fruit tart pies.

Best supermarket in the West! Great beers, wines, snacks cheeses and basiscs. Prices are very good for an evening store - and for any store! Check out the bargains chiller for a treat. Love these guys.
