My journey with Joep started 2 years ago. He saw my vocal potential and help me to achieve my goals. I made a huge improvement after few sessions and we continue improving. Joep is a very open, enthusiastic and patient teacher. I love the atmosphere and the positive vibe in Joep’s sessions. I always look forward to it! The best singing teacher.

Joep is the perfect singing teacher. I came to him without any experience (couldn't hit any note and didn't even know if I am too low or too high, plus my voice was super thin). He explained me not only how to sing but also how my voice works, what kind of muscles I need to train and how to change the sound of my voice in any direction. On top of all of this he was always supportive of my song choices. So I ended up learning to sing while singing songs of The National, Beirut, Belle and Sebastian and many more.
By far the best vocal coach I've ever met. Joep has great a technique and has the friendly and welcoming personality needed to make you feel comfortable with your own voice. So valuable! I definately recommend him!
Joeps classes are hands on, personal and fun. The EVTS system is like nothing else: really clear and practical, it doesn’t deny the physical nature of singing - what classical teaching often seems to do. Joep is a teacher with a curious nature who really helps you to use your vocal chords th way you want to use them. Absolutely recommended!
