It was my first time buying things from here. I asked for some algae eaters and the guy recommended one species. I bought 5 and when I came back I found 1 of them is dead. Actually I saw a dead one when the guy was picking them from their tank, but I didnt realize that he put it into my bag and counted as 1 of the 5. I called them to complain about it but for this dead one it does not worth my trip there again. They didn't offer me any reward.

Really nice and varied choice of anything aquarium / terrarium related. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgable

Has an okay selection of sizes of frozen mice and rats. The price of the rats seems to change every time we purchase. The rest of the reptile supplies are very expensive and not a very wide range of selection either. I guess this is more of a fish store.

Use the waterli all the time now for fish and reptile food. Great guys in there always friendly and always willing to help. Will go no where else now.
