Horrible and humiliating experience. Yesterday I was buying brushes as a Christmas present to my husband in this shop. I chose a couple of flat Kolinsky sable: No.10 and No.12. The prices at the price tags were between 11 and 15. At the cash register it turned out that one of them costs twice as much - 30 euros! The cashier said that they probably made a mistake with the price tag and called the owner. The owner came down and, not looking at the situation, immediately started yelling at me, either I buy this brush at the named price, or I leave. I pointed out that they should sell the product in accordance with the price that they advertise in the shop. He sarcastically offered me to hire a lawyer to prove that they're wrong. Moreover, according to the owner, “I knew the real prices and, seeing that they made a mistake, I tried to take advantage of the situation and deliberately chose this brush”! I was shocked by such accusations and aggressive behavior towards their customer and left the shop in tears. I will never come back to this shop.

I have a friendly experience with the store clerk after visiting this art supplies store. The store used to be a bit bigger if I remember correctly, now they mostly carry the basic stuff with some really nice surprises here and there. Overal a good place for a quick stop for much needed basic supplies!
