Superb sushi, TERRIBLE delivery times and not even picking up the phone when delivery is already more than an hour overdue. Too bad the sushi (and the price) is that good. But already 5 times in a row worthless service. I’m done with this mess. Don’t order here if you like to have a cosy evening

We order here quite often as it's one of the better sushi take-outs in Tilburg. Unfortunately they are always delivering late, and not just a little but over an hour. We have never complained before but today we placed an order at 6:23 pm and its 20:43 pm at the moment. They did not call us and we called them half an hour ago, the lady answering the phone did not even apologize or fixed the issue, she cut my husband short and said thanks for calling, its on its way. Thats all. Meanwhile still no sushi. This is really unfortunate and not customer friendly. Great sushi, not fond of the service, therefore the three stars are for the sushi.

We order here a lot and although it doesn't always come on time (more than 2 hours for Valentine's Day - but otherwise it is not that extreme fortunately) we keep ordering there because the food is very good for the price and the service (when you call or get called) is excellent.
