First of all i'm pretty sure that the only good review they have are fakes, and now the only advice i can give you is if you have to deal with them beacause you had no choice then never trust them, they won't give you back your deposite they will never answer your email, they don't care about you and are just selfish scammers, even if you do your best to be in good term with them Cordially A very disappointed roomer

CHOOSE ANY OTHER AGENCY BUT NOT THIS ONE! The worst housing service I've ever seen. I had a very bad experience and I lost a lot of money. Their work should be help clients in managing every kind of issue, included the relationship with the landlord. However, they just give you the contract, not clear and with many ambiguous clauses, take the money, and disappear. I experienced a lot of problems with the house maintenance and they never took care of it. I also ask for assistance with some problems about the deposit refund (the landlord was refusing to refund me) and the male agent answered that I was annoying! They rented to me and my flatmate a house that was dirty and moreover it wasn't finished! they finished the works while we were already in the house. In conclusion, if you want to be sure that you won't lose money and time, don't choose P&D.
I do not recommend their services. Didn't get back my Borg from Mr.Koks and they did nothing about it. I moved out in October and still my money are with the owner. He accused us of flooded the flat of the neighbors but when we told him about it he did nothing. With our flat everything was ok. When we had inspection with John everything was in order. After two months of lack of any contact we send Mr.Koks a letter that he has two weeks to give us back our Borg. He didn't even respond. John did nothing. If you want your money to be stolen and estate agent who did nothing you can cooperate with them. I will never do it again and I will never recommend them to anyone. We will meet in court.
I dont recommend them at all! I rented an appartment and when I ended a contract never received a deposite money back and they simply replyed that this is not their problem. They cooperate with a person: Mr Koks who doesnt pay a deposit back but P&D knows exactly about it but doesnt react in any way to the situation. Avoid!
Never call and write email to an agency so many times. They failed to refund me the deposit at the date as they prmosed, and didnt reply me any email regarding the request for deposit refund. Very NOT reliable.
Very helpful. Possibly the only agency in Tilburg that actually engages positively with and creates solutions for its customers.
