Why don't you employ more people to work at the student desk? Or extend working hours? It is really impossible to reach SD! Another example of how university adds up to the whole pile of stress related to studying during the pandemic...

I have been trying to call the for a week without any chances and when i get the chance to wait 1h for them to answer they hang up instantly when its my turn... really a mess.. not respecting the opening time as well, dont expect to get an answer 20 min before or after the opening and closing time
It is impossible to reach them on phone. Also sent an email several days ago and am still waiting for the answer.
It is extremely difficult to reach them on the phone. I have been trying for days now. I would like to give you less than one star. Unfortunately that is not possible.
I know this place is overrun by students atm but I have been trying to get into contact with them ALL week long, I have spent almost 20EUR on phone bills ONLY for calling this line and as I FINALLY got connected the lady had to tranfer the call to her colleague the calls gets disconnected because I was back in the normal queue. Really bad service atm!
