We ordered a spa and a sauna. Spa experience: The spa was ordered in June 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered in September 2020 but it was delivered in January 2021. The delivery was missing two components which were delivered and installed two weeks later. The installation crew was 4 hours late while the crane was blocking the street. Sauna experience: We started by ordering a sauna (Thymo) which we were then told that it is not available, two weeks after it was already ordered. Then we had to go to Fonteyn to sort it out because we couldn't get any help over the phone/email. The result was to order another sauna (Pyry). Once we received the order, the sauna was damaged (one infrared heater was broken) and one part was missing (the power box). I sent all the details to the customer representative including the diagram of what's missing (after lots of calls trying to reach him). He said that he sent it but the order never arrived. After contacting him again, he sent two components which were the wrong ones (a controller box and a broken led bulb). We had to drive all the way to Fonteyn to get the infrared heater and the power box to avoid any further mistakes. Overall, it was a very negative experience. Once you pay the money, trying to reach someone who can help with any issue is close to impossible and a very stressful experience. They also don't have a process for complaints, the reception only try to transfer you to your customer representative even if you want to complain about the customer representative.

We bought a spa there. They promised us a lot when we ordered in the shop. But when it comes to delivering their promises, they failed miserably. The delivery time went from end of october 2020 to end of January 2021. We had to call them to get an update on the status otherwise it is complete silence from their side. They just sent us an email when they were ready to ship. We got the spa finally delivered yesterday. Although when we ordered, we were promised that delivery included bringing the spa where it is supposed to come, the delivery guy left it on the parking. I called Fonteyn and complained. They said that standard delivery does not include bringing the spa to the spot where it should go and that we would have to pay additionally 400 euros (!!!!!!) to get someone to bring it there. Conclusion: never again will I buy something at Fonteyn

Wonderful place, very helpful staff, coffee was great, the Wifi worked awesome and the lady at the counter was nice enough to charge my power bank. What else do you want. A very happy place to visit. And learn about BBQ's

Absolutely huge outdoor living mall, I think it's a one of a kind in this country. They predominantly sell spas/hot tubs, bbq's and accessories, sheds, greenhouses and outdoor/patio furniture. I have never seen so many spas together in my life. They also offer BBQ cooking and sampling classes which is fun for a company outing or birthday celebration. Plenty of staff walking around; very friendly and hospitable. They offer all kinds of complimentary samplings throughout the store like fresh orange juice, poffertjes, tortilla chips with salsa, etc. There's a big greenhouse set up like a cafe where you can talk to a salesman. I think you have to make an appointment in advance or otherwise wait until one is available. Free parking.
