They suddenly let no customers in from 20:30, while the opening times at the ah and on google maps say 20:45.

The worst Albert Heijn in Utrecht. Personnel refills the isles during busy hours instead of less busy hours. People at the counter are not that friendly and make a lot of mistakes. The overall feel is disorganization. I’ve never seen an AH store managed this bad.

Cashiers in need of some training on the concept of the checkout divider. Only half my products got scanned even though I had placed the divider at the end. Resulting in second batch not receiving any bonus.

The shop looks most of the visits fine. The staff is not that friendly and the lines at the tills are long. Sometimes a lot fresh products are sold out, which is frustrating. Overal it's average
