Nice if you go to their store but awful when you order online. They deliver through a third party service called NoviSell. So my package didn't arrive so I tried calling Blokker, I waited for 10 minutes but all representatives where busy, so I tried calling Novisell, you call and you get received by music and then beep beep beep and the call is dropped (I did this several times). Then I tried again with Blokker customer service line, after 15 min waiting on the line they say sorry there's nothing I can do, I can't give you any information about your order because it's through Novisell. I said yes but I ordered with you and they said yes but sorry in the most rude way, the lady who took my call didn't care the least when I said: So my order is not arriving, I can't reach Novisell, what do I do? She just said, you have to try to contact Novisell, sorry. So in a nutshell, if something's wrong with your online order, Blokker will not do anything, it's clear that it's not their problem. If I would have known before ordering that all this is through a third party and that Blokker just turn their eyes away from the order process (like: I take my money and that's it), I wouldn't have ordered online at Blokker.nl. I hope this post is helpful for those of you who are considering ordering online with Blokker.

Wat een slechte service(meisje die ons afrekende was wel vriendelijk.) Producten staan bij verkeerde prijzen. Kortingen beloofd en er niet af gehaald. Terug gegaan met het bonnetje en hun reactie was: het is niet onze fout dat het product bij de verkeerde prijs staat. Slechte service !
