It's been couple moths since i spend almost 2k Euro for not fixing my car... I came with couple faults DCS TPMS and PS on dashboard and (FlexRay fault in FEM) ask to check FEM module, they said that it is broken, then after they said DME (ECU cost is approx 1600e) i said no and bring used one (better lose 200e than 1600e) also not correct diagnose. Finally they gave my car back but problem appears next day, when i came back they \check\ the car and said i have to spend about 1500e for full diagnosis of course i said NO way. I download wiring diagram via newTIS and found the bad connection cable by myself after 2 hours. I solder the cable for good contact and DONE ! I left my car in dealer's place to save time but i lost money. They should take FEM module back and give my money back!!! i shouldn't pay for their FAULTS. I strongly do not recommend this place. The explanations of problem while repairing there were like J.H. Andersen talking about rocket science. So IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY and DON'T like to drive fixed car that is Your only best choice. Purchased a bmw here and absolutely unsatisfying customer service. No intimation about the delivery time even the day before the delivery. We had to keep sending emails and several calls to get information about the delivery. Even after several calls they dodged my calls with the reason that the sales person is busy with other customers and the sales person doesn’t call me back most of the times. The sales person was also rude at some point. Very unprofessional.
Good service, very friendly, helpful and professional employees. The building is nice and spacious. And of course lots of nice cars!
