Very helpful staff. However didn't show us properly how to use car, but I believe if we would have asked they would help us. U Can leave your car keys in the drawer after opening hours. Don't forget to bring car with full tank.

I rented the car one day before my appointment. The stuff helped me a lot through out all the process. My car was updated into a upper class without any additional cost. On the return, they also helped me to print out some personal documents with pleasure. Thanks for everything.
Tricky T&C limits traveling within the EU - funny for a Company calling themselves Europcar. The staff immediately switched to referring to their inability to help and declined handover of the paid car. Probably a better insurance company than ANWB should be considered. Somehow Europecar DOES operate in CEE.
The man there was extremely unhelpful and a true racist, maybe the first I met in Utrecht. He clearly tried to find ways not to rent a car to us and I strongly suggest Europcar to fire him as he sets an awful image of the company. He claimed that my driver’s license was not appropriate although it is a european license and he was obliged to accept it (this was later confirmed by the Hertz representative who was very very kind and helpful). Never go there, especially if you are not Dutch, because he will find a way to ruin your trip. Shame on him and his racist behavior, Europcar is also responsible for having employees like that although we live in 2019. I would recommend to go to Hertz, it is 50m away, same prices and an incredible customers service.
Good experience with the car but a bit grumpy staff. Also please just add a sticker on the gas hatch with the type of gas required!!!! It's crazy that you have to search for that information written in small on a piece of paper...
