They provide you an online order service with time to select, but they won’t prepare your meal until you are there! They definitely waste your time! Very poor service.

I have never eaten such a delicious veggie sandwich. The fries were also really good. The taste was amazing. I would recommend 10/10 to go here. Make sure you visit Five Guys while in Utrecht. The employers were also very kind, and they wished me an amazing day which I really appreciate: the contact between customer and employer. Thank you for this lovely experience Five Guys!
The burgers are pretty good! Although, like others have said, they are a bit on the pricey side. Regardless, the quality of the patties is excellent and miles ahead of the typical burger patty in the Netherlands (which can be rather revolting if I’ll be honest). Five Guys and Meneer Smakers are the only two burger joints I’d regularly dine at in Utrecht. Five Guys has the advantage that it’s right next to Utrecht Centraal, so if you’re at the station waiting for a connection, you can easily walk over for a burger and fries.
Always and consistently do not disappoint us. Our favorite burger fastfood chain in NL. Must try!
