I really like going here. The opportunity to let new hair dressers learn the craft by cutting you is great! Also, the supervisors are great at guiding the students to get the right results.

If you are not a dutch speaker, i would not recommend this barber school. I became aware of how much was not taught when i became an apprentice at a Barbershop in The Hague, basic skills that were expected me to know, I had no idea. Overall staff was very friendly. But as a trans person, it was extremely confronting to have the teacher (Alex) refer to me as \he\ when speaking with me in english, but when in dutch speaking of me to other folks he would refer to me as \she\ - (they were not aware of how much i actually understood dutch) Also, the teacher Alex was definitely not prepared to teach in english - which is why i think i ended being taught a lot less then other folks that spoke dutch. If you are a dutch speaker, yes i think you will leave the school having a great experience and great skills, from what i witnessed with the other folks. Before applying to this course, i made sure to ask if they could accommodate to english speakers, the response was yes, which is why i decided to enrol. I did receive my diploma, but based on the skills that i actually left with, i definitely shouldn't have.
Everybody was very polite. I am very glad to have followed this course. I would recommend hair to anyone who wants to become a good barber. Thanks and till next time.

Ik snap niet dat deze opleider grotendeels positieve feedback krijgt. Deze opleider is alles behalve proffessioneel. Ondanks dat ik mijn diploma hier heb behaald, moet ik zeggen dat ik zeer ontevreden ben op de manier waarop de docenten lesgeven. Geven de leerlingen zeer weinig aandacht, als je vraagt om uitleg staan ze even 2 minuten bij je en dan zie je ze de komende halfuur niet meer verschijnen. Deze mensen hebben geen kennis van het barbiersvak, kunnen nauwelijks faden/opscheren. Het haren knippen opzich heb ik hier wel geleerd met moeite. Kan veel beter!
Wat een fijne opleider is dit zeg, ik heb zo veel geleerd maar ook echt een hele leuke tijd gehad! Mijn complimenten aan alle docenten! Ik heb hier de allround kappersopleiding gedaan en zelfs met hun hulp een baan gevonden! De klassen zijn klein en er is veel aandacht voor iedereen. De docenten gaan leuk met iedereen en elkaar om waardoor er een hele gezellige sfeer hangt. Ik miss jullie nu al! Deze school is 100% zeker een aanrader.
