Even 1-star is more than they deserve!! Ordered 2 portion dinner, 3 THREE hours ago, and it has not arrived yet. And sadly, they don't even pick up the phone!!!! I have no clue where my order is !!
Highly highly recommend!!! Amazing. By far the most authentic Indian Food I have had in years. We now order at least weekly and have had a wide variety of dishes. And with every new dish we try, we are as impressed as previous time. The prices are also excellent.
Authentic Indian food - good quality and very good taste! Can recommend the vegetarian main and side dishes, fresh veggies, well made, well spiced. The potato side dishes like Jeera Aloo and Bombay Aloo are very delicious. My favourite peshwari naan is lovely with fennel seeds ,and I particularly like that it is not overly sweet (in some other Indian restaurants I made the experience that it was too sweet). Good and reliable delivery service. I also like that they deliver at lunch time.
I tried Kashmir kitchen last week for the first time.. I ordered the Vegetarian menu. They delivered me only part of my order, snacks were forgotten. And later breads were missing as well from the order. only a part of the refund was made. Very poor customer service and substandard food quality and taste. Not at all Indian flavours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.!

Tried Kashmir Kitchen for the first time yesterday. Had ordered quite a few items - 1. Butter Chicken 2. Karahi Chicken 3. Tandoori Chicken8 4. Chef Special Biryani 5. Dal Tadhka 6. Roti Delivery - Was delayed by about an hour. But, i did not mind it Taste & Quality of Food - WAS HORRIBLE, to say the least. We could only eat Tandoori chicken, plus a bit daal, which were the least worst of all. Food was not properly cooked. Biryani , which so called CHEF SPECIAL, was stinking. I tried calling them, but they never bothered to receive my call. We had to throw literally everything, except the Tandoori chicken. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH !
First of all in the name of samosa they gave two half cooked dough bites. Their biryani was so lame I could taste raw turmeric and onions. They don’t even have decency to fry onions. First things first get your kitchen right and cook rice before you even put it in Biryani Reply to owners comment : Well train your 18 years experience chef to fry samosa before sending it to customer.
