They might be a cosy little guitar shop, but they completely botched their online services. I sent them hundreds of euros in good faith, and constantly had to remind them to keep me updated they didn't send anything for days, they advertise guitars that are actually broken.. I'm sure they're a lovely little store, but they should just close their webshop if they aren't taking it seriously.. If i hadn't kept arguing they would've ignored me for god knows how long.
Amazing customer service and great range of products which you can try out. The best part is the enthusiastic staff who make you feel welcome and are happy to help with anything. Highly recommend
