Worst place I've ever shopped! Bought a dining table, first there was a problem with scheduling the delivery (our receipt was saying week 39 but the email we got was saying in August!), then we got a call saying that our table was damaged so they were going to look for another one from tue same batch. Then it was confirmed to us that there was another table arriving on time, we even got a delivery date and time slot. Then, just a single day before the delivery, another call saying that the second table was also damaged and now we have to wait 4-6 weeks at least. Although I appreciate the quality control, how come the damage on the table isn't known until the day just before delivery! I'm highly disappointed and definetely do not recommend this shop.

Bij levering leek een stoel beschadigd. Na foto's gestuurd te hebben naar de klantenservice (reageert heel laat), komt er iemand om het te repareren. Eenmaal aangekomen, kan de 'reparateur' de stoel niet maken. Hij zou de stoel moeten meenemen en dan was de kans aanwezig dat de stoel in een slechtere staat terug zou keren... Hij had al enkele keren een korting aangeboden (minder gedoe wss), maar dat was niet de oplossing voor ons. Uiteindelijk toch maar de korting genomen, omdat de kans bestond dat de reparatie het de schade verergeren. Nu een mailtje gestuurd voor de korting die ons was beloofd. Blijkt dat de garantie dan wel vervalt....
