All went well with the rental of a NIU scooter. Just that they are situated so far from the Center makes them so mich less attraktiv.

Friendly service and cheap half day moped rental.
Very bad customer experience. Multiple things: # I booked an Opel Astra or similar car and when I reached the location they gave me a Golf. My Major issue was the length of the car. Opel is 172 Inches and Golf is 167 as per company specifications I cannot understand How this could be considered same. I mentioned this to the front desk and they told me they do not have any replacements. # During the pickup and drop of the Car the front desk took lot of time to get through the process. They kept complaining about the a new payment machine which they did not know how to operate. Overall I did not like there service. I have rented from hertz and Enterprise and have had a far better customer experience.
Scherp geprijsd, goede auto's, aardige mensen, geen addertjes onder het gras of kleine lettertjes. Huur je auto hier in Utrecht.
Goed geholpen, toen ik last minute een auto nodig had voor de vakantie
