The location and place is cute. Small but cozy. We were sitting next to the window with the sun on our face, lovely for a brunch. Regarding the food, I was disappointed on pretty much everything unfortunately. French toasts were way too dry (okay after putting too much of marble syrup on it though). Back was crispy (too much in my opinion but this is more a matter of tastes so it’s fine). Soft boiled eggs with bread soldiers... were over cooked, that it was not even possible to enter the bread in it. It was simply a hard egg. Poached egg were also too cooked and yolk was hard, not the point clearly. Espresso martini, done with other ingredient than in the menu because of missing item was only tasting vodka and impossible to drink on an afternoon. Disappointing compared to good reviews. Please review your eggs cooking basis.
Great brunch, nice location, lots of choice on the menu and.. great cocktails! The only thing is that the waiters don't pay attention to the customers and it takes a while for the food and drinks to be served. However, food is good enough to come back!
We’ve ordered brunch online today (a Saturday) at this place and it would take 40 minutes, but we’ve already been waiting over 75 minutes. We’ve tried calling, but they won’t pick up the phone. Very unhappy, we’re not eating here again. Added after waiting 85 minutes: it arrived cold and they forget the truffle mayonnaise to go with our waffle fries.
It's a fancy spot in centre Utrecht. Ordered the Teds Club with Pulled chicken spread and the banana pancakes. The people and service was good but the food wasn't great. The chips complemented the club sandwich well because the taste of the club on its own gets sour. The banana pancakes were alright. Nutella spread super thick. Not enough banana.
