I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from TUI and I will never travel with them again, neither will any of my colleagues who work in the tourism industry. My flight was 'cancelled' at the last minute and I was forced to book a new flight with a more reputable airline, which cost me twice as much. I arrived at the airport for my new flight, which was on the same date as my original flight with TUI, and was surprised to see that my flight had not been cancelled at all, instead my seat was given away to someone with a higher priority as they had booked a package deal and not just a flight. This is disgusting that TUI have a tier system for their customers! Despite numerous attempts to contact TUI I have not yet been able to speak with anyone about this situation, instead I have received n automated email with a link to a voucher... At let you haven't lost your sense of humour! If you think I would ever travel with TUI again after the way I was treated then you have another thing coming. I am aware that this situation occurred in very difficult circumstances but that does not mean that you can operate outside of the law, I expect a full refund, plus the difference which I had to pay for my new flight. Lying to customers is disgusting and to think you can operate outside the law makes me sick when you had no issue to leave me stranded. Get your act together TUI!!!! I shall be pressing legal charges if this issue is not resolved promptly, and I m sure you would not like any bad press in the global media. I look forward to hearing from you.

Kom net thuis van de rondreis highlights van Vietnam. Heb enorm genoten alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Leuke groep. En super nette hotels lekker eten en prachtige dingen gezien. Maar dit had ik nooit zo beleefd als we niet zo'n ontzettend fijne en goed geïnformeerde gids hadden gehad. Dus bij deze nog een keer Emanuel ontzettend bedankt voor je kennis die je op een super leuke en fijne manier hebt weten over deze brengen. Bij deze dus nogmaals bedankt hier voor . Je was een leuke en gezellig reisleider. Een echte topper met parate kennis. En een leuk grapje met de nodige dosis entertainment op zijn tijd. Dus namens mij maar ik denk namens heel het reis gezelschap bedank hier voor je bent een topper. Dus kras willen jullie deze gids een extra kerst bonus geven dit jaar is namelijk echt wel op zijn plaats en zeker verdient. Met vriendelijke groet. Roy Schellekens
